El mejor abogado de inmigración
Hoy 08/14/23 pase mi test de ciudadanía. El camino fue muy difícil pero con la representación del Doctor Lewis y si equipo al fin el sueño se cumplió. Un largo camino no siempre con buenas noticias pero el nunca perdió la fe y continuó la pelea hasta lograr que toda mi familia fuera residente permane...nte y luego aplicara a la ciudadanía.

Great attorney with a sense of humor
I found Neil Lewis on Facebook and eventually retained him to process my application for citizenship. His friendly personality made me feel very comfortable. His staff and my consultations helped me prepare for the interview/interrogation. The officer who interrogated me had a very strong personality..., and having Mr. Lewis there helped reduce my stress. I am completely satisfied and now a United States citizen.

My spouse and I hired Mr. Lewis to assist in the interview process for an adjustment of status (I-485) case, which we had started on our own. From the minute Mr. Lewis and his team were on board, we could feel a difference. Mr. Lewis and his staff always treated us with respect, and assisted in g...athering and arranging all the relevant evidence, and prepared us on what to expect in the interview. The day of the interview at the Tampa USCIS office, Mr. Lewis arrived punctually. During the interview, all the evidence gathered and organized by Mr. Lewis and his staff was presented to the officer in the most professional manner. We could tell that Mr. Lewis knows his way around, and, having someone that knows immigration Law backing you during the interview is definitely a calming factor. Mr. Lewis, Viviana, and the rest of their office staff have helped us tremendously in establishing my legal permanent residency status in the U.S. This was a battle we had been fighting for close to 2 decades. My initial legal admission to the U.S. and a 16-year-marriage to U.S Citizen did not suffic...e to accomplish permanent resident status in the country. I have consulted with countless immigration attorneys and spent an embarrassing amount of $$$ only to be told I was ineligible for a green card. During our initial consult with Mr. Lewis, I had ‘warned’ him that we had a very complex case. I’ll never forget his response to this; he smiled and reminded us that our case was only complex to us. And boy was he right! A little over a year from that meeting, I had my green card mailed to me. The interviewing officer actually approved our petition at the interview, and we received the green card in less than a week. Nuestra familia contrato a Mr Lewis en 2012. Sabíamos que era un camino difícil. Hoy ya dos de nuestras 3 hijas se convertirán en ciudadanas americanas y la más pequeña ya tiene su green card. Mi esposo y yo seguimos con Mr Lewis pero tenemos fe que con su ayuda también lo lograremos.

Neil Lewis handled the Green Card application for both my husband and I. During the consultation, Mr. Lewis explained clearly what the process would entail, and what documents we needed to submit. I had full confidence in Mr. Lewis' expertise as he previously helped my son and his wife become US citi...zens. It took only 4 months to get my Green Card, and my husband got his a month later. I got myself in a mess due to bad advice and my very own carelessness. USCIS denied my I-485 and even I agreed with them. I needed help to ask for forgiveness but no one was really serious about helping. I consulted a high profile lawyer out of New York who categorically told me my case was a lost ca...use. Consulted another one in downtown Orlando who gave no assurance but wanted to exploit my situation for money. Went to a popular one in Clearwater who had no clue what to do. Finally hired one who had an office in Bradenton out of frustration to prepare my I-601. He made me do most of the writing and still charged. Needless to say it was weak, poorly prepared and the experts at the ‘big house’ denied it. Along came Atty Neil F. Lewis, it is so easy for you to feel comfortable and truly express your how you feel because he knows and understands those feelings. He grilled us endlessly over a period of time to be sure our marriage is real and not a sham. He explained our options and charged a very fair price. We trusted him and we are glad we did. He won my PR for me in court and filed my N-400 as well. He will be handling my kids petition no doubt. You need a good immigration attorney, Neil is your best bet.
