Ms. Eyler is licensed in Florida and Ohio, and is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association (AILA).  She was recently elected as the Secretary for the AILA Central Florida Chapter for 2006/2007.  Ms. Eyler has been practicing U.S. Immigration and Nationality law exclusively for the past two years.  Her immigration experience extends back to her days in law school when she served a legal internship with a non-profit immigration organization in Harlingen, Texas.  Krista’s focuses her immigration practice on family based immigration and deportation/removal litigation, and enjoys working with her clients to achieve the best result possible.  She also speaks Spanish fluently.

            Ms. Eyler graduated from Moritz College of Law at the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio with a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution and a Certificate of Public Service.  She graduated summa cum laude from Wittenberg University in Springfield Ohio, with a double major in Political Science and Spanish.  She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  She has lived in Costa Rica, Spain, London, and Brussels.
